In Term 2 a survey was conducted regarding a new sports shirt design. 95.9% of completed surveys (77.6% returned) supported the new sports shirt.
The new shirt is cotton backed polyester, predominantly navy, with sky blue panels and gold piping. The shirt is now available to order from the school uniform shop for $28, for arrival at the end of Term 3 or beginning of Term 4.

Bolwarra Public School has decided to open the Canteen doors to a Paid Canteen Manager to help ensure the longevity & professionalism of the important service that our canteen provides.
The paid canteen manager will be responsible for all the key decision making & will be there each day the canteen is open, to ensure smooth & efficient operation. It will mean less stress & uncertainty for all our volunteers & will provide consistency and routine for those with less experience.

Another huge thank you to Mel from EWI photography for donating her time during the Welcome Back Disco to take the photos for the very successful and fun Photobooth, as well as all her time spent editing the photos after the event.
Also a very big thank you again to Rare Meats who provided us the delicious sausages for the evening, free of charge. They also gave us vouchers for $20 off first orders with Rare Meats, which was a very generous offer for the families that attended the night.

The P&C are always looking for new faces to come in and work together, bringing their experience and knowledge as well as positive enthusiasm to achieve so much for our school and children. Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month in the school staff room at 6pm.
Thank you to all the lovely children and parents who attended the Welcome Back Disco on Monday night. Everyone had a wonderful time, which was great to see. From tattoos, glowsticks, the fun photobooth, and of course the dancing, there was plenty to do and see.
A huge thank you to Mel from EWI Photography for the great photos taken in the photobooth and Ben from Rare Meats for the donation of the yummy sausages we feasted on.
A massive thank you to all the volunteers on the night for their cooking, serving or manning tables, as without your help we are unable to make these events such as success.
