Membership of the Bolwarra Public School P&C is open to all parents and citizens with an interest in the school. Membership gives you voting rights at all P&C meetings, including the AGM. Membership is $1 and can be paid at any P&C meeting or at the front office. Your name will then be placed on the member register. Contact the P&C Secretary to check your membership status.
Please note that voting rights become active at the meeting following payment and addition of your name on the membership register. If you pay anytime between meetings, your name will be recorded on the membership register at the next meeting and you will have voting rights at the following meeting. This protocol is in line with the Federation of P&C guidelines and is to deter meeting stacking.
